Born in Dallas, raised in Louisiana. Camille L. Blouin AKA Lady Cam grew up in a single parent home in low /middle class housing. When her parents got a divorce she moved to Louisiana with her mother Sharon. She needed a way to express herself, so she began to write at age seven, and rapping at age eleven. Since her mother had to work most of the time, Camille developed an imagination of her own by cutting pictures of people out of magazines and performing in front of them like it was her own concert. In the 11th grade She joined a female rap group and auditioned for the school talent show. The group backed out the day of the show and Camille decided to do the show by herself. The show came out to be a huge success for her, and she became a school star. By 18, Lady Cam was performing all over the south and sharing stages with many notables such as LaFace Records' Young Bloodz and Cash Money's Juvenile. The rapper/ model beauty has also been featured on many television shows and won an "On the Grind" Best Female Solo Rapper Award in 2008. Be on the look out For Lady Cam's debut
